If he's omniscient, then he knows the future, there's nothing we can do to change that, so we don't have free will or responsibility. Or we have free will, have the possibility of changing our actions in ways that God doesn't know about so he isn't omniscient.

(Or I don't really understand what God means by omniscient - back to the link above)
