Unemployment is much higher than Los Angeles. There is over an 8% housing availability - it has never been this high. Rents have "gone down" according to the media but I do not believe it. Everywhere you go you see vacent housing and signs to move in now and special deals. Many companies are gone leaving many empty buildings - in does not look good out here.
