Where is the support for your argument? How can you prove that the fact that the US has more people in prison than most other countries has anything to do with human rights violations? Are you SURE it's not just that the US has more crime and more criminals and that they were not all inprisoned justly? (just questioning your argument here, not saying I disagree)
More prisoners does not necessarily mean more human rights violations.
