Hi - just wondered if anyone had any experience of selling software based on SQL Server 2000 - ie. You developed an application using SQL Server 2000 as your database.
My questions are..
1. Deployment - Am I right in thinking you would have to visit each site to install and set up SQL Server - is that right?
2. Licencing - what's the score? Does the client have to buy a copy of SQL Server or do they just pay for five licences or what...

Any other comments appreciated...
