Hi,

I've been trying to get this to work for the past 5 hours without much success. Here's the scenario:

MMortals version 6.1.2b
VFP 7

I have a TimeClock app and a PayRoll app. Both applications will be using the same database (c:\projects\yTimeClock\data\yTimeClock for the time being).

The yTimeClock project, of course, works perfectly, but I'm having a hell of a time with yPayRoll.

At one point I managed to get a bizobj in yPayRoll to access information in the yTimeClock database, but that was only from the command window. If I compile the application and run it, the bizobj doesn't bring up anything (doesn't even open the view and table) and doesn't return an error message either.

I already set up the application's INI file (I'm in win2000) and c:\projects\yPayRoll\metadbc.dbf as follows:
ckey: yTimeClock
cDesc: Ypayroll Data
cLocalDBC: c:\projects\ytimeclock\data\ytimeclock.dbc
cRemoteDBC: blank
lDefault: .t.

Everything appears to be OK, yet I can't seem to get the yPayRoll application to even see the data in the yTimeClock database.
