yes, thanks...the skies have been pretty clear lately, and the sight beautiful, but today, it's a bit cloudy...hope you have a clear sky too.

absolutely (it's the best-named)...and I was watching it, a few months ago in the middle of the night, right?

I can't see the S. Cross from my place, but would have to go to the S. side of the island...I'll probably be going to Palau next month, and it's a nice sight from there.

BTW, you really got my curiosity up, about other people seeing the green flash on Venus. I contacted people who had a few of the GF web sites, and there are records of quite a few sightings - not as many as on the sun, tho, oc.
