Hi Steve,

Thank for your inform and help.
Since my data files are all free dbf file without any relationship between
them, I had to do a sql query first to form a single dbf table to create my report.

Can the SQLQueryString properties in CR do similar stuff like pulling
the required data from my dbf files for my rpt file use ?
I am having problem with it.

Plus, do you know how to manipulate the fields in the rpt file created from
a SQL query from Crystal SQL Designer, I can't modified or add in new field ?

If you know of a better way in what I am doing, please kindly
advise. Thank a lot.

At least that's what I remember them saying and I think I also found an article in the Crystal website knowledgebase about this too. So where I work we have taken all of our data files that are used in Crystal Reports and relocated them into one location such as C:\DATA\CRYSTAL
