A question relating to Message 633875. "The the VC++7 runtime (MSVCR70.DLL) is better to copy into the system directory."

On the XP machine, I found the MSVCR70.dll, but got the error message as shown in my initial post. Should I simply copy the MSVCR70.dll to my exe directory and do a regsvr32 from run?
