I don't really prefer to do it this way, but I have actually recompiled a Fox 2.6 app directly in VFP (assuming the DOS program is Fox, of course, and not something like Clipper).

What resulted had the basic Windows 'look and feel' but was really not OOP at all, very hard to maintain or enhance...

Just an idea,
