>I created an Image type field in my SQL Server table. From VFP, I APPEND GENERAL pic1 FROM . I've tried both BMP files and JPG files. They get saved to the table just fine, but when viewing a report containing this field, the image does not show. Looking on Crystal's support page mentions two thing. One on blank JPG, telling you to install a JPG viewer (I have MS Picture Viewer installed, and if I click on the JPG file it opens and displays), which I can eliminate by using a BMP file. The other mentions the way the BMP file gets encoded in SQL Server and says basically to use BCP to insert the images in the table. PLEASE tell me this is bogus, if the ONLY way to get valid image data into SQL Server (valid for Crystal to view, anyway) is through BCP, this is COMPLETELY useless. Crystal forums and their knowledgebase are otherwise mute about this. Either it is SO easy to do that I am missing the obvious, or you just plain can't do it, at which point I can't imagine I am the
