Well, I have to use a toplevel-form with a scrollbars and a toolbar.

I had a second look at the cmdMenu.Click() and it is simple cosmetic for the form to prevent controls moving out of the visible window. Code like that does not (in no way, very sorry for that) fix the problem, because there seem to be several layers, that do not match any longer after having docked the toolbars to top.

This seems to be a real serious problem concerning VFP + scrollbar + toolbar.

How can I report this problem to Microsoft?
