I friend of mine did a program as below and complains
scan is too low.
He as 3,000,000 records
He wonder if the struct is correct or is there a better way
to do that.

Andy and I recently found that if you are scanning a large table-buffered cursor with pending changes, the SCAN grinds to a halt. We suspect that it is a memory management issue.

If you are using table buffering, get rid of the pending changes. That should speed things up.
