Hi Al,

The error just comes up without any discernible pattern at all. Sometimes it will come up after an hour's operation; some in just a few minutes. Sometimes the error comes up after getting a record or after the modem dialed the number...

We make sure that our users do not have printing access that's why the only software installed is Windows 98 2nd Edition and the client app. There a few though with MS Office.
