You might want to check out a couple of pdf converter programs for VFP that uses Ghostscript to convert postscript files to PDF that seems to work pretty well.
These use a generic postscript driver available from ADOBE and GNU Public License GhostScript.
One that I found useful in setting up GhostScript and the Post script driver is PDFMAKER at
http://www.dhpon.net/. It has pretty easy to follow documentation to set it up with links to download the other files required.

658748. This is the one that would use, but the PDFMAKER was helpful in setting up Ghostscript and provided links to download the free utilities required.
