Isn't Virginia in EDT right now? It is 2:50 EDT (or so) right now. The website shows a time of 19:50, or 7:50 PM. Unless I'm being mathematically (or otherwise) challenged today (and that is always possible *grin*), UTC time is 6:50 right now.
