Have you ensured that WORK/TEMP/SORTWK files are directed to the workstations' local drives?
Do you have an index on DELETED() in you major tables? If you do AND you do not have much in he way of actual deleted records, this canbe a problem. You would be better off without the index if that is the case.
Does your processing call other EXEs that may be coming over the line?
What other differences are there in their setup compared to the prior? Have their network folks ensured that there are no (new) bottlenecks or other performance issues as a result of the move?
