in fact I do know about this issues but I'm not the one who installed this network even the configration it was a company out sie my project but I trust this guys, there network is 10baseX speed and the server is running NT4 as domain controller may be the NT configration has something wrong or the network has a problem some times the network car if it has fult it will rush the network and make it slow, so thanks for advice all I need it to confirm that the problem is not from my software.
