Well, teasing users IS fun, no doubt about that part <g>

However, I'm also a user of this system, and from that angle, I don't like any bugs in it. But this also is one of those management-dictated features, where I don't have much say in the matter. Also, if you saw the reasoning behind displaying the disabled selections, you might not argue much, as I didn't. It shows the processes that have just been completed by other users from other offices, and are not selectable for the current office user - but it's very meaningful to new users to see what process was just completed by someone else.

Maybe not the best GUI possible, but this is one fight I chose not to squander my capital on, as the developer, since there is a fairly good point to it.

But I hope there aren't any more bugs. It took me about 2-3 years to find this one, so that's a good sign :-)
