I have the July2000 MSDN and LOCAL in there makes no mention of comma-delimited.
Under "Arguments" "VarList simply says "Speficies one or more variables to create.".
The "Remarks" section makes no mention.
It is worth noting that the syntax layout for LOCAL ARRAY declarations *does* show a comma BETWEEN array definitions.
