Guess I can't help you much George. I've installed VS.NET Professional (after uninstalling the Beta version) without a problem and I installed the whole thing, C# as well as VB and the .NET Framework. I don't know what installing VB.NET Standard only would do, as far as what it ends up installing.

Sorry, maybe someone else can jump in with some suggestions ...
