The document below shows the registry settings the same way they are displayed in the GUI menus under Control Panel/Network/Novell Client for Windows NT Properties. Hope it helps:

I right click on the 'N' and then choose the 'Advanced Settings' tab (nothing else seems applicable) but can't find any of the properties you list. A few are close ('File Caching', 'File Commit') but that's it.
