Eventually, recreate all Windows in VFP... :)

Also you should have some kind of national keyboard driver installed on user's PC if it is not supplied with Windows.

Also: you can create more user profiles in Win95 and choose the user you want at boot moment. Each user can have his/her own set of settings for almost anything in Win 95.
