I am not sure for that you are asking for, but on one of our machines VS6 successfully coexisted with VS.NET. Also the .NET CLR was installed, but we still were able to run our old ASP and FoxISAPI modules on its IIS. Also I think Brinkster.com has both ASP and ASP.NET running on their servers.

btw isn't it Microsoft .NET Framework Software Development Kit?
