I don't understand how the spirituality of a single little girl affects the constitutionality of a court decision.

I don't recall the father lying. Want to prove this? I believe he did say that he doesn't think his little girl shoudl be raised in a mandatory monotheistic society. How that makes him a liar, I'll let you show.

The only issue here is about a supposedly secular (and for good reason) government supporting a monetheistic religion above all other lifesytles. If you can't swallow that, you're the one lacking backbone.
