Hi Michel,
is this message mean that in USA, UK, Germany, Australia, India, China, .... there are not programmers ready to prove in tournament their knowledge. Or may be the programmers from this countries are very lazy.
I would like to ask you to give them one more chance in next 3-5 days and send personal invitations to some of UT members from this regions. May be they will take responsibility to make a team.
