>So, in how many of the last ten years did Israel fail to receive the regular three billion bucks (mostly in weapons)?

They continued to receive more aid than any other country (I think). My point is not that they receive too much support from the U.S. (I am in total agreement with that), but that the original support was contigent on certain things as with all our agreements with other countries. Israel just got the better of the deal and will continue to until Americans start to complain as a majority and the govt takes notice.

>>The Israeli reported back EVERYDAY with information even on US. I find it hard to believe
>>the administration did not know this was happening when it was known to ALL even in military training! Many resented their presence, myself included at the time for obvious reasons.

>And yet they are the good guys, and Arabs are the bad guys, at least officially. Ironically, though, from some scraps of history that orbit around my mind, I seem to remember they were cousins - one tribe which split long ago. Someone with better memory better check me on this.

I don't think ofically they are the good guys and the Arabs the bad guys. I do not recall any 'Arabs' being referred to as the bad guys by government representatives, only terrorist groups and terrorist supporters which includes non-Arab countries like Iraq. While speeches have been slanted towards Israel in support that's true, that does not make the Arabs the bad guys. I think more people support a Palistinian nation than is generaly known, but are furious over the terrorist acts by those select groups which 'appear' to be government sanctioned (if it can be called a government). As a nation, our international policies need complete overhauling. I don't think so many were aware of it until recently.
