We'll check this out. We've also discovered a strange reporting from control panel of the processor being an x86 Model 6 Series 8. I have no idea what this is, but appears to be a 'compatibility mode' chip. Since the machine is in Atlanta, and we are in Sacramento this has been a 'tech support' issue that sometimes gets a little troublesome diagnosing. (My hats off to the guys at Dell that must do this day in and day out).
Anyway, I'll check the printer situation.
