I agree with your comments! Well stated! Yes, dogs are often better judges of “horse flesh” than some people.

A minor point – it was Will Rogers who said, “Never Met A Man I Didn't Like”! To which I must add he did not meet some of the people I have met! However, I do like Roy Rogers and remember him on television and film when I was a kid.

December 31, 1993 I saw Roy rogers and Dale Evens on television. It was their wedding anniversary and Roy made the following observation, "A successful marriage is 80% give and 20% take”! Which makes sense, however I know a few people (divorced) who thought their marriage partners should give 80% and they took the other 20.

It is amazing that after all the name calling Steve and John still “communicate”.
