Most of the users use just the compiled EXE.

One user uses the command window to open files shared and browse them. No other parts of the IDE are used ie, builders, wizards, form editing, etc., so I think it should work well enough to do that. I am going to try the install from the ADD/Remove Programs like you said tonight when all users are off of the Terminal Server.
