Might be just me but to get the runtimes to install properly from the Installshield VFP version, I had to execute the setup with the allusers parameter: SETUP /v"ALLUSERS=1" (no spaces except after SETUP before the backslash)
as going through Add/Remove still did not seem to want to register the VFP runtimes for all users like it should. This was on a Win2K Terminal Server though, not NT4. But if you find your app runs for the user you were logged in as installing it and says it can't find the runtimes for any other user, try that. I got that information from the Installshield support forums.
