That's at the point where it's instantiating DBCXMgr. It's likely that the path to the class libraries in your DBCXREG.DBF aren't correct. Open that table and check the value of MLIBPATH -- it should be a relative path from the directory the table is in to the SDT VCXs. Fix the path so it properly points to the SDT\SOURCE directory.
