On the heels of what Randy is saying, I think I should point out that the setup of our app was done through Add/Remove Programs on the terminal server itself and NOT through a remote Citrix session. The other thing is that I'm not using the VFP-supplied Installshield Express. I have an install for our app that I wrote using InstallShield Professional.

But if you find your app runs for the user you were logged in as installing it and says it can't find the runtimes for any other user, try that. I got that information from the Installshield support forums.
