I gave it a try but it did not work.

I tried everything I know of and the object was still valid.

What I ended up doing was using

with this.layers(i)
.visible = .t.
endwith

instead of

this.layers(i).visible = .t.

Don't know what the difference may be but it worked.

I ran into quite a bit of trouble trying to get the .AddRelate() method to work. I finally had to put the table being related into a directory by itself away from the database. Did you run into a similar problem?
