While you are looking up words in your dictionary, I recommend you look up "sophistry".
You display it a lot. That's what annoys people. When asked to justify, you move onto "circumlocution".
People don't disagree with you necessarily, people are just instinctively leery of these tactics. There is an association with dishonesty, unfairness and amoral taking of advantage.
Think about it.
Oh, and by the way, you criticise somebody who was a MVP who had large message counts but low technical accuracy. Well, at least he *tried* to answer technical questions. Somebody not too far from here is a MVP, generates *huge* message counts and has a ZERO PERCENT technical accuracy rating because he never ever answers technical questions except as a pretext to play his own stuck record. Curiously that person also claims "consistency" while criticising others for behavious he himself exhibits to a far worse extent.
While you have the dictionary out, have a look at "hoist by his own petard".

"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
