Anyway, think everybody already know the answer, and think a part of it can be found in "Whither FoxPro", by Robert Green (Hard Truth Number 3 and 5). Perhaps Elvis is still alive...

Also it isn't fair to keep asking this very same thing to Ken, again and again. He doesn't deserve to carry this burden alone, IMO.
