>Seems like you changed your ISP about a year or more back and the speed of the UT increased. I have no problem with speed.

We have the same ISP since our debut. However, we have increased our bandwith from time to time. We operate at a full T1 presently. So, there is plenty of room now even during rush hour.

>I do my complaining about the UT but I am specific when something does not work, and it gets resolved! Change is not usually appreciated by anyone however you can become accustomed to change and it no longer becomes an issue. So when changes do occur with the UT you will hear static from most people immediately after they are experienced. Perhaps some people are slower to react to change and just explode at a certain time.

Well, what I don't like is many individuals won't say anything when being put in the same situation elsewhere. My article in the July 2002 issue of our magazine talks about some of those points. Basically, after all those years, common patterns keep appearing. We have found also that specific individuals won't say one single word, even after 1000 nice great additions to a product, but as soon as they don't like something, watch out. They'll just keep incoming as if this would be the end of the world. So, it's like having a pair a glasses where you only see what you want to see and forget to take a look at a bunch of nice things around here or in the world in general.

>Anyway thank you to you and your group for your quick response to problems. You will always hear me complain about “testing a live system on line”. That is a personal issue with me but it is my pet joke. I know if something breaks it will get fixed – if you are willing to wait a few minutes.

Yes, I rapidly understood your view of testing. Yes, I understand that companies who have resources and budget can proceed like this. However, here, we can't. We just can't afford to have the additional infrastructure to support such an approach.
