Minor functionalities - nothing I would switch over for. Perhaps:
Provision to mimic the latest M$ GUI standards, rather than get the functionality one version later. Icons in menus is an example.
Some cool OOP features - like being able to point the methods of group of objects to the method of one object (Delphi)
Auto resizing of objects in a container (delphi)
A richer set controls (Delphi - mre than you can shake a stick at)

Yes - where appropriate. I don't buy into in the finishing nail/sledgehammer approach.
