Basically, even for 1024 users, even if they're ok with a specific content, if they resize the window to make it smaller, they may run into the same situation as well. Most of the browsers will react like that in such a situation. I also really don't know how they could handle it better. As this is inside a table, it would be difficult to apply a ground rule as to know how it would better wrap.
