Well, I don't have any practical experience with Web design. Nor did I analyze how the current setup is implemented. So the following may seem like a stupid question. Would it work if you create a table with two cells (vertically), place the entire messages + advertisements into the first cell (at the top), and the buttons into the second cell (at the bottom)?
