FYI, the BITMAP option has been added in VFP 6/SP4, AFAIK. Running it with SP3 might have no effect. If you kept the setting in the Config.FPW file after upgrading to SP5, it might have been the reason why your code suddenly works. When you ship your SP5 application to your customers, make sure you also send the SP5 runtime along. The compiled .EXE itself doesn't change when you compile it in a new version. Only the runtime files make the difference.
