You should write this as: download #
12963 (the number immediately after the word "download"), since this creates an autolink.
OK, I have done translations in the past, for several projects - especially into Spanish. Is the original in English? (I didn't try the download yet). What are the terms? About how much pages would have to be translated? In what format are the files (HTML, RTF, ...)?
