I'm confident, John, that numerous of us are at the ready should a number even close to the above be postulated.

Personally I have hope that one "VFP is almost dead" FUDmeister will in future let threads discussing options to grow the VFP developer base proceed without repetition of his well known prognostication on the subject.

We all know that it would be far more helpful if MS chose to market VFP more broadly (and make it known within MS too). But that is not a pre-condition to growing the VFP developer base and anyone who proposes some idea to do so deserves a reasonable hearing/discussion without the noise from the regular FUDmeister(s) that they are wasting their/our time even if it turns out to be consensus that a specific idea is not practical.
