Hi David
Programs created with VFP7 will run on Windows 95. VFP7 requires Windows 98 or above.

>The VFP survey that was conducted a few months ago was badly constructed. It would have lead to highly inaccurate results. I participated in that Microsoft internet survey.

>1. The survey dialog asked which version of Foxpro do you currently use for development? There were option buttons for each version, including version 5.0 version 6.0 and version 7.0.
>(I selected the version 5.0 option at the time.)
>2. The very next dialog box asked: “Why have you not yet purchased VFP 7.0?” and there was only a comments box for a reply!
>
>The survey will therefore inaccurately reflect that I only own VFP 5.0, because they did not ask which versions I had purchased. They only asked which version I was currently mainly using for development.
>
>The survey should have asked “have you purchased version VFP 7.0?” and “Did you purchase version VFP 6.0?”

>(At the time, I had already purchased & owned version VFP 6.0 and version VFP 7.0. I have since started using VFP 6.0 as my main development platform (especially because of jpg image support). I have not started using VFP 7.0 because it cannot run on windows95 computers, which some people still have quite a few.)
