I bought a laptop with 128 memory. Ran fine with Win2k. Then I installed Xp - it ran like treacle so I increased the memory to 256. Ok so then it ran fine. I got bored with Xp and reinstalled Win2k - it ran like lightning.
By the way, apart from Mcafee av and Zone Alarm there is not much in the taskbar. I need this protection as all pcs have broadband access.
