In case anybody is interested, I just had to investigate (we need a permanent connection for the Cisco Networking program). The best deals in Bolivia currently are ADSL, and prices for a 256 Kbps line are US$ 108.50 per month. Faster speeds are available, too. For home use, you can get 128 Kbps for ca. US$ 60.
