I don't really know the answer to this one, but you will probably want to put a lot of memory in the server if you're going to keep the PII 450's.

VFP wont run any faster on a dual processor machine - but if you have SQL Server on that NT server it will help with that.

So far I've been lucky - all I've had to do is just recompile and distribute the new runtimes - so my guess is shouldn't be any problems.
