I have a case-sensitivity problem with command RENAME.

When I execute

RENAME example.doc TO ‘Example of Program File.doc’

I get name of file with all lower case characters
‘example of program file.doc’ (E is e, P is p and F is f).

Does someone know how to RENAME a file but that all Upper and Lower case are correct like I want?
