I downloaded couple of fonts and this one CourierWINCTT seems to work. However, it doesn't look good. May be you can suggest something specific?

I also have another question: how can I automatically convert one font to another on the big document, but preserve another font. E.g. Russian text is in Times New Roman Font. I found, that CourierWINCTT the only font, which works so far. So, I need to convert this document (and annotations) to use this font. However, I need to preserve Hebrew font...
