My team is writing a VB Component that validates data for VFP tables. How do I validate that a date attribute on a class is Empty.

IsDate(MyDate) returns True
IsEmpty(MyDate) returns False
IsNull(MyDate) returns False
I need a function that says yep its a date and yep its blank/empty.
