This message has been marked as the solution to the initial question of the thread.
It should be
RESOURCE=xxUser
>I have a VFP7 exe file that will run in a directory that contains a Fox 2.6 app. The directory contains a foxuser.dbf file in 2.6 format which needs to remain in 2.6 format.
>
>In the VFP7 exe file I have included a differently named resource file and I want *it* to be used instead of foxuser.dbf, so that the user does not get a message "do you wish to convert 3.0 resource file to 6.0 format". Trying to acomplish that I have also included a config.fpw file right in the exe that contains the line RESOURCE xxUser (I have also tried RESOURCE .\xxUser), but when the app comes up the reource file is foxuser.
